Our Team

Lee joined Integracare as President & CEO on August 2, 2016 after an approximately 20 year career in Private Equity and Investment Banking. Lee brings tremendous operational knowledge and governance experience along with an incredible passion and energy to Integracare.

In addition to leading Integracare, Lee remains a Partner at PRIVEQ Capital Fund, a privately owned and managed Private Equity Fund in Toronto. Lee joined PRIVEQ Capital Funds in 2006 and continues to monitor other PRIVEQ investments. Lee also sits on the Board of Directors of Kraus Global Ltd.

Prior to joining PRIVEQ, Lee garnered his private equity experience as an Associate Director of Merchant Banking with a bank-affiliated private equity firm in Toronto and previously as an Associate in the Financial Sponsor Coverage group of a major U.S. Investment Bank in New York.

Lee graduated with a joint B.A. in economics and political science from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Lee is a proud father of three boys and can be found in his free time coaching his Sons’ hockey teams almost 7 nights a week!

Lisa has been with Integracare since 1996 and is the Company’s longest serving employee. She began her career with Integracare as a temporary caregiver while studying Nursing at Ryerson University and has served in almost every role of caregiver within the Company including as Personal Support Worker and as a Registered Nurse. Lisa was a Nursing Coordinator with Integracare from 1999 to 2012 until being promoted to Manager of Nursing Services. In her capacity as Vice President, Care Operations, Lisa has the primary responsibility for coordinating a wide range of home health care, nursing care and support services for Integracare’s clients in their homes, hospitals, retirement residences and long-term care facilities.

Lisa is a proud Mom and loves to workout and lift weights at the gym whenever she gets the chance.

Jessica is a Registered Practical Nurse with over 9 years of experience in the health care industry. Jessica joined Integracare as a Nursing Coordinator in 2012 and was promoted to Manager of Nursing for the Greater Toronto Area in March 2018. Prior to joining Integracare, Jessica worked in the Retirement Home Sector for 3 years after graduated from Durham College.

Jessica oversees the general nursing care provided by our Caregivers, to ensure that our Clients receive the highest quality of care possible. Jessica performs initial nursing assessments and provides nursing visits with our Clients in the community to determine their care needs and develop customized care plans. Jessica leads much of our Caregiver education programs including a key focus on the technology initiatives that Integracare brings to its care services. Jessica brings a high level of organization and attention to detail, in order to coordinate the best care for our Clients and was further promoted to Director of Care in January 2022.

In her free time, Jessica is an avid and accomplished runner having completed 4 Marathons including the Toronto Marathon and the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon.

Yasmeen is a Masters in Human Resource Management with experience of over 14 years in building, sustaining & driving the HR infrastructure of growing organizations.

Yasmeen joined Integracare in April 2018 as an HR Associate and has since been promoted to Manager of Human Resources. At Integracare, Yasmeen’s role focuses on attracting, on-boarding & retaining the best Caregivers in the industry.

Prior to joining Integracare, Yasmeen worked in Dubai, U.A.E with Emitac Healthcare Solutions for nearly 10 years leading their HR function across 4 offices. At Emitac, Yasmeen was responsible for attracting and retaining quality talent, performance management, employee relations and HR compliance.

Yasmeen is a proud mother of 2 enthusiastic young ladies and loves cooking in her spare time.

Bethel McMaster, BScN RN, is a Registered Nurse with over fourteen years experience in patient care in Ontario.

Bethel has acquired a wealth of nursing experience during her years working as the Director of Care for Living Assistance Services prior to her accepting her current role at Integracare. Before that, she worked with the Home & Community care (HCCSS), where she assessed and coordinated delivery of health care services to patients in the community assisting them in achieving their optimal health, independence, and dignity. Her experience also includes psychiatric street nursing on Assertive Community Treatment teams in the Mental Health & Addictions sector. She currently maintains her connection with inpatient care at Baycrest Hospital meeting the rehabilitation needs of seniors transferred from acute care hospitals, hoping to transition back to the place they call home.

Currently, she oversees the intake department guiding new clients through the process of accessing quality care through the organization. She provides excellent navigation support to our clients and care team. She enjoys networking with community stakeholders to seek creative ways to bring more positive care outcomes to the community.

In her free time, Bethel practices yoga, enjoys playing golf and running her small crystal business.

Evgenia is an accomplished General Accountant with over a decade of expertise in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Finance across diverse sectors such as IT, Oil & Gas and Home Care. With a relentless pursuit of excellence, she brings a wealth of experience to her role as the Director of Finance at Integracare, a position she has held since 2023.

Throughout her tenure at Integracare, Evgenia has been instrumental in shaping the financial landscape of the organization, ensuring transparency, fairness, and timeliness in all financial services provided to caregivers and clients. Her dedication to aligning financial practices with Integracare’s mission of delivering unparalleled quality care has been pivotal in the company’s success.

Prior to joining Integracare, Evgenia embarked on a remarkable career journey. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, she initially delved into the realm of technology as an Implementation Specialist at an IT company specializing in ERP and CRM systems for businesses. However, driven by her passion for Finance, Evgenia made a bold career transition that led her to her current role at Integracare.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Evgenia finds joy in her role as a proud artistic swimming mom. She cherishes moments spent with her family and actively engages in outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and skiing, embracing the beauty of nature and the thrill of adventure.

Kristine has over 25 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare space. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has advanced through hands nursing, team leadership, and strategic management, all aimed at enhancing client outcomes. Kristine is passionate about client care and healthcare innovation and has cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry. Committed to continuous quality improvement and professional development, Kristine strives to drive excellence in healthcare delivery.

Outside of work, Kristine enjoys adventure travel, playing a variety of sports, and spending time at her cottage with her husband and three children.
